IBC Solar

The photovoltaic manufacturer IBC Solar ("International Battery and Solar Power Consulting"), which is a public limited company, was founded in 1982 by Udo Möhrstedt, who still today manages the company together with Jörg Eggersdorf. The seat of the corporation, which employs around 400 people, most of whom work in Germany, is located in Bad Staffelstein in Germany. In addition to monocrystalline solar modules (such as the BC Solar IBC MonoSol EX Series) and polycrystalline modules (such as the IBC Solar IBC PolySol GX Series), the company also manufactures and sells inverters (such as the IBC Solar IBC SolStore L1 Series) These not only in Germany, but also in many other countries worldwide.

IBC Solar

In addition to grid-connected solar systems, IBC Solar AG offers systems that can be operated off-grid. These solar systems are intended for large commercial customers from all over the world. One of the power plants of IBC Solar AG is located in Spain, for example, and has a nominal output of 13.2 MW. In order to implement the technologies, the company is constantly developing new technologies together with its eleven subsidiaries. The subsidiaries are located in Austria, France, China, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, Turkey, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Spain.

We offer a comprehensive service in the field of solar modules, from assembly to regular maintenance to complaint with the manufacturer.

Each module produced by IBC Solar AG is tested according to IEC 61215, so that it can be proven that the modules withstand high snow loads. The company also has the following certifications: IEC 61730, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Since the manufacturer always wants to offer high quality, internal tests are performed on the modules. In climate chambers and flashers, the conditions are checked exactly to guarantee each individual customer the best possible quality. Should there nevertheless be a defect in the solar system, IBC Solar AG offers a comprehensive guarantee. In addition to the 10-year product warranty, you receive a linear performance guarantee of no more than 0.8 percent reduction per year or 80 percent for a period of 25 years. If your solar system is no longer fully functional, you can commission the experts of the AEET Energy Group with the repair. We order and buy replacement parts and make sure that the modules get up and running again as soon as possible, so you do not have to worry about high financial losses. At the same time we handle the complaint with the manufacturer in your name, so you save time and effort.
